Wash the potatoes, but do not peel them. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare creme fraiche combining the sigle cream with yogurt and lemon juice.
Put the new potatoes on a serving plate, garnish with creme fraiche and a sprig of catnip or pennyroyal.
New Potatoes with Creme Fraiche
300g new potatoes
100ml single cream
100ml whole yogurth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
catnip or pennyroyal
