Orange Sword Fish
Squeeze the oranges, and set aside some thick slices.
Put the swordfish in a baking pan with the orange juice and olive oil and bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 25 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Serve on orange slices, covered with the cooking juice.

two swordfish steaks
2 oranges
4 tbsp. olive oil
