Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Mince the pepper and spread it on the pizza.
Cut the gorgonzola and arrange it on the pizza. Add the mozzarella cut into cubes.
Bake in preheated 220° C (428 F) oven 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
