Pizza with Walnuts Sauce
Reconstitute the mushrooms by cover them with boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, strain the water and chop the mushrooms.
Mince finely walnuts and onion slices. Add the single cream, marjoram and mushrooms.
Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Spread the walnuts sauce on the pizza. Add the sliced brie and bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 25-30 minutes.


Pizza with Walnuts Sauce

Serves two:
250g pizza dough
125g walnuts kernels
200ml single cream
20g dried mushrooms
150g brie cheese
some onion slices
1 tsp. marjoram
