Coconut Rice
Cook rice normally and drain it well.
On a pan, mix coconut cream, peanut butter, honey and spices. Cook for a few minutes on low heat.
Season the rice with the coconut and peanut sauce.

Serves four:
400g rice
200ml coconut cream
8 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. cumin
1 pinch garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp. curry
