Potato Rosti with Dill
Peel and grate potatoes, then wash them in cold water.
Oil a 12 cup muffin pan. Divide potatoes among muffin cups.
Pour 1 teaspoon of oil in each cup.
Bake in preheated 150° C (302 F) oven 30 minutes.
Remove rosti from pan, turn upside-down and garnish with dill.
