Separate the whites from the yolks and whip them.
Minch finely the mint leaves. Coarsely chop the chocolate bar.
Mix the yolks with the butter and the sugar. Add the whipped whites, and all ingredients.
Pour the mixture on buttered baking pan.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 40 minutes.

2 eggs
100g butter
160g sugar
125g all-purpose flour
125g coconut powder
7g baking powder
100ml milk
100g dark chocolate
1 sprig of mint
