Date Chutney
Mince finely the dates with the mezzaluna.
In a pan, mix all the ingredients together. Heat, stirring regularly, until very dense.
Let it cool and serve in a small bowl, with indian dishes.

100g pitted dates
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper, minced
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
salt
