Banana Muffins
Combine the durum wheat flour, water and 50ml milk. Let rest 1 hour.
Add white flour, mashed banana, beaten egg, oilseed and cane-sugar. Mix well.
Dissolve the baking powder in the remaining milk and add to the batter.
Spoon the batter into the buttered muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 15-20 minutes. Grill-bake for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

150ml water
100ml milk
125g durum wheat flour
125g all-purpose flour
1 banana
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil seed
80g cane-sugar
10g baking powder
