Sausage and Kale Pasta
Cut onion and kale into thin stripes, then fry them in a pan with oil for 10-15 minutes, until tender. Add the minced sausage and cook until brown.
Add the single cream and some rosemary leaves and cook five minutes.
Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it well and season with the kale and sausage.
Serve with ground black pepper.

250g 'orecchiette' pasta
100g kale
150g sausage
1 red onion
200ml single cream
rosemary
black pepper
