Grilled Tuna Salad
Cook the tuna on grill or barbecue, brushing it with olive oil and lemon juice.
Skin and debone the fish. Peel and cut the cucumbers into slices, then put them in a salad bowl. Cover with the chopped tuna and season with yogurt, Nuoc Nam Sauce and thai basil leaves.


Grilled Tuna Salad

Serves two:
3 fresh tuna steaks
200ml whole yogurt
2 cucumbers
30 thai basil leaves
2 tbsp. Nuoc Nam Sauce
olive oil
lemon juice
