Ingredients

1 green bell pepper
red vinegar
salt

Cut the green pepper into 2 cm slices. Prick the skin with a fork.
Fry in hot oil 20 minutes, turning them over and over, until tender and golden. Let rest.
Season with salt and vinegar.
