Kiwi sorbet

250g ripen kiwies, peeled
2 tsp. lemon juice
100ml water
100g sugar
In an stainless steel pot, mix the sugar with the water.
Bring to a boil, then let the syrup cool.
Puree the kiwies with a blender, add the lemon juice and the syrup.
Freeze into an ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
