Spiced Pumpkin pie


750g pumpkin
250g all-purpose flour
50g cornstarch
180g sugar
3 eggs
50g butter
10g baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
50ml milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Take the pulp from the pumpkin, cut into slices and cut low heat for one hour.
Blend with a food processor until smooth.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the melted butter, flour, cornstarch, pumpkin pulp and spices.
Dissolve the baking powder and baking soda in the milk, then add to the pumpkin mixture.
Pour into a buttered baking pan and bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 35-40 minutes.
