Ingredients

Serves four:
500g canned chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
2 tbsp. basil, minced
5 tbsp. grated parmesan
1/2 lemon juice
4 tbsp. tahiniA thick Middle Eastern sauce made from ground white sesame seeds. (sesame paste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
khobz bread

Blend all ingredients (except khobz bread) in a food processor until thick and creamy.
Serve at room temperature, with toasted khobz bread.
