Fried Calamaries with Purslane sauce

Ingredients

Serves two:
400g fresh calamaries
durum wheat flour
100g whole yogurt
4 tbsp. Purslane
1 pinch garlic
1 pinch chili pepper
salt
-
Mince the purslane coarsely, then add the yogurt, garlic, chili pepper and salt.
Flour the calamaries and fry them in hot oil, until golden brown.
Add salt to taste and put them in a serving plate.
Serve immediately with purslane sauce.
