Ingredients

Serves four:
250g red beans, cooked or canned
1 onion
1 clove garlic
300g minced pork meat
1 sweet red pepper
2-3 red chilies, fresh or dried
400g canned tomatoes
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. coriander seeds
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. red wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Chop the onion and the garlic and fry in a pot with two tablespoons of butter.

Put the minced pork meat in the pot and stir.

Mince the sweet pepper and the chilies with the mezzaluna, then put them in the pot.
Add canned tomatoes and cook 20 minutes.

Toast cumin, coriander and mustard seeds in a small pan.

5.
Grind the spices and add them to the chili, with oreganon, grinded black pepper and wine.

6.
Stir well and cook five minutes. Add the lemon juice and the drained beans.
Meanwhile heat the tortillas on a griddle. Serve chili in a covered serving bowl.
